Chord rarity generation is unweighted, which means rare chords are easier to obtain at this step.

Second seed released on the blockchain (10000 tokens).
Minting becomes available on this page. Chord rarity is weighted towards more common chords, so style-specific chords are rarer (dim, aug, ...).
